33 Grosvenor Square

lightbout.iQ supplied the full architectural lighting scheme, including Lutron controls for the award winning Grosvenor Square development. The stunning project by Rigby and Rigby achieved record prices and set a new standard in interior specification and development within this super-prime market.

The sophisticated interiors were designed by Taylor Howes, who curated a luxurious scheme with decadent finishes.

lightbout.iQ supplied fittings from 8 lighting manufacturers ensuring both design brief and budget were met.  The results are both stunning and practical as the lighting controls provide intuitive ease of use throughout.

A contemporary renovation by Sophie Bates Architects. We were delighted to have been chosen by Sophie to work closely with her to bring the stunning architectural scheme to life with discrete contemporary lighitng.

The basement extension is cleverly designed by Sophie to maximise daylight thus alowing the architectural lighting to play a supporting role.

lightbout.iQ supplied the architectural lighting  for both the interior and exterior schemes.

This was a wonderful collaboration with the end result far exceeding the clients expectations.

A wonderful Mill set deep in to the Kent countryside. The contemporary kitchen opens on to gently landscaped gardens. The lighting is kept as discretely as possible to ensure the view remains the focal point.

Linear lighting gently accentuates the clean lines whilst downlights provide crisp pools of task lighting to the work surfaces. Softer, more decorative lighting is used to soften the contemporary features to create further ambience in this gorgeous home.

Lighting the garden becomes incredibly important when there is so much glazing acting as the main focal point to the live-in kitchen family space.

South Kensington

Set back from the main road lies an unassuming new home. However, on entering the vastness of the new build surprises and delights with large open plan spaces and double volume aspects.

We worked closely with Taylor Howes, the interior designers, as well as the client to ensure the luxurious finishes were set of to there best.

Contemporary lighting details are complimented with fabulous lamps and decorative chandeliers. This ensures plenty of sparkle as well as the more practical task lighting often required.

A warehouse tucked next to the Tate Modern is brightened with strategically placed fittings. Decorative task lights and open shelving create the feeling of a light and welcoming space.

With concrete ceilings and bare brick walls a more industrial feel has been created with surface mounted track light. Softer decorative lights frame seating spaces and create the desired ambience in the bedrooms. lightbout.iQ also supplied and commissioned the Lutron Lighting Control System ensuring the open plan family space can be adapted to suit the mood.
